Dear guests, welcome to Villa InΩ.
We’re so happy to accommodate you in our wonderful traditional rustic villa for your vacation. Please take the time to read and understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay as they will help you with all the details. If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us, so we can explain further.
•    We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your stay! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and  keep noise to a respectful level during nighttime hours. The same should apply between the hours of 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm as it is  considered ‘common resting time’ and the laws in Greece are very strict about it. If in turn you find yourselves being disturbed  by neighbouring noises during these hours, please don’t hesitate to contact our concierge, she will do her best to resolve the matter.      
•     During your stay you will be taken care of by our wonderful housekeeper Lorna. She will take care of the rooms and the house  during her first shift, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and will be further available from to 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm. If you wish to have additional  help we can organise an extra live-in or external housekeeper at an additional cost. The rate for overtime is at 15,00 euro/hour. All rules and conditions apply for all staff members of the Villa, with no exeptions.   
•    Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool for your own safely. We have provided for you a nice set of reusable plastic glasses and plates for your convenience.     
•    Never leave children unsupervised around the pool without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security  of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighbourhood.       
•    Tap water isn’t the safest to drink, we recommend stocking up on bottled mineral water from the local store.     
•    The island of Spetses, as most others islands in Greece, has serious water droughts during the hot summer months. The island itself has no water reserves, it is shipped over from the mainland. We would kindly ask you to please use the water wisely and help sustain the island’s water supply.     
•    Candles are for outdoor use only. Please be careful when lighting them and never light them inside the house. We have provided you with battery powered candles for inside use if needed.
•    To help the environment, please only switch on the dishwasher when it’s full and use the eco program where possible.     
•    We’re an eco-friendly home in addition to the island not being able to sustain excessive electricity usage and power outages  do occur during this busy period. Please make sure to turn off the air-conditioning, lights, fans or any other small electrical appliances when you go out.   
•    In the unlikely case of a power outage, please call us before touching the control panel.     
•    Please do not flush toilet paper and any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom.     
•    Please do not throw cigarette buds onto the property lawn. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtrays provided.      
•    The cook will be serving you breakfast and one main meal per day. For any additional meals the price will be at 70 euros and for any additional dishes to any meal, it is 35 euros per main course, 10 euros per side dish  plus the grocery shopping. She will set the table, serve your diner or lunch, dessert and clean up the table after you are done within a reasonable time. If you wish to take your time and enjoy long lunches or dinners and you wish for her to stay longer hours please let her know. The rate for overtime is at 15,00 euro/hour. If you don’t wish for her to stay she will leave after serving you your dessert or fruit.     
•    The property has chickens and turkeys who provide you with fresh eggs every day. We invite you to keep all leftovers for them. The  more they eat the happier they are the more eggs they lay. Please do not let them out and do not enter the henhouse.     
•    If you wish to have your laundry and ironing done, this service can be provided for you during the housekeepers break or at the end of the working day. The rate is at 20,00 euros per load and 15,00 euro/hour for any extra ironing. We are not responsible for any damage to your clothing.     
•    We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. There is a safe in the master bathroom. In case  you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and vacation rental cleaning.     
•    Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out.     
•    Please treat our house and staff with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this  into a lovely space for you to enjoy and relax during your holidays.
